LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE AND CONDITIONS
We are happy to offer a live arrival guarantee for our worm shipments under the following conditions:
One must be present to receive live shipments or notify us to add a “HOLD AT POST OFFICE NOTICE”. We do NOT guarantee a live delivery if they are left in mailbox or on porch.
We will replace DOA shipments under the following conditions.
Notification of a DOA shipment must be received by us within two hours of delivery.
Must provide an accompanying video or image of dead arrival to email@example.com.
No refunds for live shipments.
HOW WE SHIP
We ship using USPS or UPS on Mondays and Tuesdays ONLY.
Live shipments will be delivered within two to three days anywhere in the Continental United States. We reserve the right to hold shipments due to extreme weather conditions.
We will send tracking information within 12 hours of shipment.
We pack our worms in sifted worm castings in a breathable bag in corrugated cardboard boxes.
We also utilize insulated boxes and temperature controlling packs to ensure the safety and comfort of some of our live shipments. These live shipments also require express shipping and "HOLD AT POST OFFICE" LAG will be voided for items left at the hub overnight. This is indicated in the product description.
Non-live shipments will be via any carrier and can arrive any day of the week.
Once an item of merchandise has been received it can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return eligibility for your merchandise must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
This return policy does not apply to live shipments. Live shipments will be replaced should they be delivered DOA.
A video or image of your DOA shipment must be received by us within two hours of delivery. One must receive the live shipment upon delivery. We are not responsible when the live shipment arrives at the post office or if someone is not available to receive it.
